  • Find the right supports —like therapists, support workers and community groups that fit your needs.

  • Make sure you understand how you can use your funding and get the most out it.

  • Provide you with informed choices, solve problems, and assist with adjusting your plan where it no longer works.

  • Take the pressure off and speak with NDIA on your behalf

Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Need one-on-one support to build your confidence, independence, and resilience? We can assist with:

  • Help create routines and strategies to cope with daily challenges.

  • Work through tough emotions or situations together.

  • Help you find and use community programs that support your mental health journey.

Life Transition Assistance

We support you through big changes in your life—like moving into a new home, starting a job, or beginning a training course. With our guidance, you can:

  • Learn new skills to handle everyday tasks—like budgeting, cooking, or using public transport.

  • Gain confidence from people who’ve been through similar experiences (peer-support).

  • Receive personal mentoring to help you set and achieve your goals.
